Can I cancel the activity?
  • Advising more than 72 hours in advance the cancellation or change will not entail any cost and the 100% of the reservation will be returned. In this case, the total payment received will be refunded, within an approximate period of 5 to 10 calendar days.
  • Notifying 48 hours in advance cancellation or change of activity will have a cost of 50%.
  • Notifying with 24 hours in advance cancellation or change of activity will have a cost of 70%.
  • In case of date change, only a maximum of two changes will be accepted during a period of two months from the time the reservation was made.
  • The no presentation in the agreed place, date and time will lead to the loss of the total amount of the activity and this will be used for the management and labor expenses of the guide.
What conditions do the activities have?
  • Our activities are adapted to meet the necessary Guide/Client ratio required by each activity (1:4/ 1:8/ 1:10)
  • Minors under 18 must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardian. Only suitable for ages 10+. Exceptionally, minors of this age can come, but upon request and confirmation of VolaooD-80.
  • The availability of places for children is limited. Contact us for it.
  • Our activities are NOT recommended For people with heart or back problems or with recent injuries and/or mobility problems.
  • The development of the activity chosen depends on the weather conditions, the terrain and the people who participate. Significant changes in any of these conditions may imply the MODIFICATION of the activity according to the guide's criteria.
  • Volaoo D-80 reserves the right of admission.
  • VolaooD-80 reserves the right to cancel the activity if the clients present clear symptoms of being under the influence of alcohol or other narcotic substances without the right to any refund.
  • Any decision made by the guide during the activity, in relation to your safety, will have to be respected by the client, otherwise, the guide may cancel the activity, without the right to a refund of the amount.
  • In case of bad weather prior to the activity, we will call you as soon as possible to notify you and try to avoid your displacement to the agreed place. In this case, the option of setting a new date for the activity or a full refund of the amount will be given.
Do you carry out customized activities or training?
Yes of course.

Both in the activities and in the personalized training we carry out a personal assessment to later develop and expose those techniques that are necessary to reinforce and implement and with the necessary logistical structure.

Why do I have to pay the deposit 50%?

You can pay the 100% if you wish, but since these are activities that are subject to various factors, we recommend paying only half. You can pay the other 50% when you go to do it.

What clothes or material do I have to bring?

Each activity developed requires certain requirements.
